Post: We offer shipping via the Post Office, guaranteeing coverage of the whole of Brazil.

2. Freight calculation

The cost of shipping is calculated taking into account:

Weight and dimensions of the package: Each package has the following minimum dimensions (depending on the kit option and/or products): 22 cm long, 5 to 6 cm high and 15 cm wide.

Destination: The cost varies depending on the delivery location.

Type of Shipping: Depending on whether you choose standard, express, best shipping or post office shipping, the cost and delivery time may vary.

Quantity of products: Shipping will be calculated based on the quantity of items purchased, as this may alter the weight and total volume of the package.

3. Delivery times

We undertake to post your order within 24 hours of confirmation of purchase. From then on, delivery times depend on the shipping partner chosen. Below are the average delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 working days (depending on the region).

Express Shipping: 1 to 3 working days.

Best Shipping and Post Office: Variable depending on the destination and type of shipping chosen. The estimated time will be informed at checkout.

4. Exchanges and Returns

Café Casquet values your satisfaction, which is why we have the following exchanges and returns policy:

Returns due to defects or errors: If the product has a manufacturing defect or shipping error, Café Casquet will pay the return shipping costs.

Returns due to regret: If you wish to return the product due to regret, you will have to pay the shipping costs.

Conditions for Exchange/Return: The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, in its original packaging and accompanied by the invoice and, in some cases, all original accessories.

Request deadline: The deadline for requesting an exchange or return varies between 7 and 30 days, depending on the reason for the return (defect or regret).
